Horsehair
TAILORBED’s rubberized horsehair sheets are made exclusively from natural horsehair that is sprayed with liquid latex. The use of this sheet provides elasticity and creates an ideal microclimate in the mattress. The horse hairs we use are of excellent quality and have been certified by independent European organizations as free from allergenic substances. As has been measured in scientific research, horse hair has the ability to immediately expel the moisture created by the sweat we produce during sleep. It has been estimated that, on average, the human body loses about 1/2 liter of water per day.
