Returns Policy

Returns are accepted after checking the products and only in the following cases:

A) The date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the request for return does not exceed 7 calendar days.

B) The packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original (factory) condition.

C) They are packed in a larger package than their original one (to be protected in case of transport by a transport agency or courier company).

D) Return costs (if any) are borne by the customer.

E) D.O.A as provided below *

Returns DOA 7 days

In case of purchasing a defective product, contact the TAILORBED team within 7 calendar days of receiving it. This will be replaced immediately (provided the defect is certified by TAILORBED) or repaired. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by TAILORBED.
